Family with children paradise
First off, the staff were super duper helpful and friendly, made me feel like a king! on our last day, we left a bag and they actually tracked us down to return it, can you believe that?
It wasn't exactly dirt cheap, but still totally acceptable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth.
Upon arrival, our room was a complete disaster—unclean and unkempt. We had to wait for housekeeping to tidy the very room we had booked, which was not a good start. The breakfast was an absolute mess too. swarming with flies, lacking basic items by early morning, and barely any hot selections available. This experience felt frustratingly unprofessional and not worthy of a four-star hotel.

ja cosmo has a great location, just a short walk to the water puppet theatre. the junior suite with a city view was perfect, and the strong wifi made it easy for us to stay connected. ms. li was awesome with tour arrangements, making our travel stress-free!

The staff were incredibly helpful! A big shout out to Sofia for making our stay extraordinary. The city view from the Junior Suite was absolutely stunning. waking up to that every morning was a highlight! The spa facilities were a delightful way to unwind after a busy day.
The room cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The Junior Suite was nice, had a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. WiFi worked great. Sophia at reception was super helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety, but could be better. Spa facilities were a nice touch. Perfect spot near the lake and restaurants.
